High efficiency and energy saving can be seen from the motor formula. The power consumption of the system motor has a square relationship with the speed of the motor. When the pressure is constant, the water output of the pump is proportional to the speed of the motor. The equipment adopts constant pressure working mode. When water consumption decreases, the system maintains constant pressure of the pipeline network, reduces water supply by reducing pump speed, and reduces power consumption according to cubic characteristics. For example, 80% of the rated water supply and 51.2% of the rated motor energy consumption [(0.83)] save 48.8% of the electricity, considering that the actual system saving rate is lower than the theoretical value, but still considerable.

Design considerations of frequency converter cabinet:
1) Heat dissipation problem: the heating of the frequency converter is caused by internal loss. It is necessary to heat the converter. We usually use fans to heat the converter.
2) EMI problem: When there are high frequency impulse loads in the system, such as welding machine and electroplating power supply, the frequency converter itself will be protected because of interference.
3) Use environment of frequency converter cabinet: waterproof, dew-proof, dust-proof, anti-corrosive gas.
