ASA has more than 10 years experience of constant improvement in the manufacture of oil seals. We are expert in tool design and production and welcome R&D projects. All aspects of oil seal manufacturing from inspection of materials, testing of samples, compression molding through packaging are done in-house. We follow the quality control standards as per our ISO certification, but will meet your higher standard of a 100% inspection. It is our goal to protect you and your customer with the highest quality possible, so that we might maintain a long term relationship. Quality Policy
A.To have a very professional, enthusiastic attitude with your company in satisfying your customer. B.Once production quantity prices have been agreed upon, we will produce sample so that your company can be assured of our quality. C.Should a quality control mistake happen, we will be responsible and give your company the fastest service possible in providing corrected parts at our expense. D.We will provide free ASTM 2000 elastomer test reports and provide free slabs and bottons for your independent testing. |
